Eligibility & Rules

  • Bonuses are available for first place winners at select CTFs across the United States. Availability may vary by event.
  • Compete using Hacker Sidekick and be ready to share your tactics—what you tried, what worked, and where it surprised you.
  • Our team will be at select conferences to offer Win Bounties on-site. Competitors may also apply directly for CTFs where we are not present.
  • You must be 18 years or older to receive a Win Bounty.
  • Your responsibility: You accept full responsibility for ensuring your participation in a Win Bounty does not violate the CTF’s rules or code of conduct.
  • No guarantee: Submission of the application form does not constitute an agreement to provide a Win Bounty. Acceptance is at Hacker Sidekick’s sole discretion.
  • Only the first place overall team or individual is eligible. Tie-breakers follow the event organizer’s official results.
  • Payout amounts are determined in advance and communicated in writing if your application is accepted.
  • Winners must provide reasonable proof of identity, eligibility, and results as requested.
  • All local, state, and federal laws apply. Void where prohibited.
